Ingredients
- 2 cups LC-Coconut Cream
- 4 Tbsp Red Curry Paste
- 1/2 c Chicken Stock
- 3 Tbsp Tamari Gluten-Free Soy Sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp LC-Brown Sugar Sweetener with Erythritol
- 1 Tbsp LC-Thick’n Saucy
- Juice and Zest of 1 Lime
Instructions
- Shake the LC-Coconut Cream cans before measuring
- Whisk all ingredients together in a large saucepan
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened
- Spoon over your favorite meats and veggies for a zesty meal!
