Low Carb Classic Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
- 3 cups Low Carb Buttery Noodles (1 cup uncooked)
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1/3 cup frozen green peas, thawed
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Method:
- Prepare Low Carb Buttery Noodles according to package instructions
- Drain pasta and let cool
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper
- Add tuna, peas, onion and pasta to the bowl
- Gently stir to combine
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour
- Enjoy!
