Classic Low Carb Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 3/4 c Low Carb Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 c, plus 2 Tbsp No Sugar Added Ketchup
  • 1/2 c finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In a bowl combine ground beef, Low Carb Seasoned Bread Crumbs, 1/2 cup No Sugar Added Ketchup, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to taste
  • Mix well
  • Spread mixture into a standard loaf pan
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes
  • During the last 10 minutes of cooking time, spread 2 Tbsp No Sugar Added Ketchup over the meatloaf and return to the oven
