In a bowl combine ground beef, Low Carb Seasoned Bread Crumbs, 1/2 cup No Sugar Added Ketchup, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to taste
Mix well
Spread mixture into a standard loaf pan
Bake for 45-55 minutes
During the last 10 minutes of cooking time, spread 2 Tbsp No Sugar Added Ketchup over the meatloaf and return to the oven
