Cranberry Angel Biscuits
Ingredients:
Method:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Add 1/2 package LC Angel Roll Mix to a mixing bowl
- Add instant yeast, stir and set aside
- In a food processor, add remaining 1/2 package of LC Angel Roll Mix and chopped butter
- Pulse to cut butter into mix
- Add butter mix to the mixing bowl and stir to combine
- In a small bowl, add water, vinegar, heavy cream and stir to combine
- Add wet ingredients to dry and stir to combine
- With clean hands, form dough into 8 equal balls
- Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray
- Place dough balls on the baking sheet and gently flatten each ball
- Add 1 tsp LC Cranberry Preserves to each flattened ball
- Close the dough around the preserves and roll into a ball, making a filled biscuit
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
- Enjoy with tea or coffee!
