Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked Low Carb Buttery Noodles (2/3 cup uncooked)
- 1/3 cup cooked and chopped bacon
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 Tbsp diced red onion
- 1 1/2 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Method
- Cook noodles according to package directions
- Meanwhile, prepare the other ingredients
- Allow pasta to cool
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss until coated with dressing
- Chill in the fridge for 1 hour
