Low Carb Lemon Arugula Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 LC-Fresh Baked Pizza Shell
- 1 cup Shredded Whole Milk Mozzarella
- 1 cup Arugula
- 5 Lemon slices, thin
- Olive Oil
- Seasonings: Red Pepper Flakes, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and position rack on the highest level (or preheat grill)
- Drizzle olive oil over the LC-Fresh Baked Pizza Shell
- Sprinkle seasonings over pizza shell, including crust edge: red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper (to taste)
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over pizza shell
- Sprinkle arugula over pizza
- Spread lemon slices around pizza
- Drizzle olive oil and seasonings again, if desired
- Bake or grill for 13-15 minutes
- Optional: Broil for a few minutes at the end to char the lemon slices. Be careful not to burn the arugula
