Low Carb Southwestern Black Bean Soy Burgers

Try these tasty low carb black soy bean burgers using LC Foods Organic Cooked Black Soybeans!

  1. Add 2 cans of black soybeans (drained & rinsed) to a mixing bowl
  2. Mash beans until they are broken up a bit
  3. Add onion, garlic, bread crumbs and taco seasoning
  4. Mix together until well-blended
  5. Using hands, form patties to desired size
  6. In a frying pan, cook on medium for 12 min (6 min on each side)
  7. Add favorite toppings and LC Foods Tomato Ketchup (optional)
  8. Serve on LC Foods Hamburger Rolls (optional)
