Low Carb Waffle Cones

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup LC-White Sugar Sweetener
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup LC-Belgian Waffle Mix
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Add eggs and LC-White Sugar Sweetener to a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk in butter, heavy cream and vanilla.
- Whisk in LC-Belgian Waffle Mix until smooth.
- Lightly coat a small skillet and place over medium heat (or use a waffle cone iron and use to the manufacturer’s instructions).
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and cook each side until golden brown.
- Remove from pan and form into a cone or desired shape.
- Cool on a wire rack until hardened.
- Repeat process with remaining batter.
