Low Carb Pasta and Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1/2 package LC Fettuccine Pasta Noodles
- 12 oz package Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables
- 1/3 cup LC Chili Ginger Sauce
- Sliced Green Onions for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil
- Add LC Fettuccine Pasta Noodles and cook for 3 minutes
- Meanwhile, heat a lightly oiled wok over high heat
- Add stir fry vegetables and cook 4-5 minutes
- Drain excess liquid
- Drain pasta noodles and add to the wok with the vegetables
- Add LC Chili Ginger Sauce and mix together
- Top with sliced green onions and enjoy!
