Not The Old Nutella
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup LC Foods Chocolate Frosting Mix
- up to 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/8 tsp. Hazelnut Extract
- 1 Tbsp & 2 tsp softened mascarpone cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, place 1/3 cup of LC-Chocolate Frosting Mix, and add just enough water to reconstitute (wet) the mix, up to 1 Tbsp. Add hazelnut extract. Mix in softened mascarpone. Blend by hand, and then with a mixer for a smooth consistency. If allowed to sit, the frosting will thicken, so frost your baked goods while the frosting is easy to spread.
