Pumpkin Bars

- 4 eggs
- 2 cups LC-Natural Sweet White
- 2 cups canned pumpkin
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups LC-Cake Flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- In a large bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil. Mix well.
- Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and mix thoroughly.
- Grease a jelly pan or a 9×11 glass pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until the middle doesn’t jiggle.
- Cool and frost with LC-Cream Cheese Frosting.
