Tartar Sauce

- 1/2 cup low carb mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped kosher dill pickle
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon drained, chopped capers
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon LC-Natural Sweet White
- Combine mayonnaise, pickle, onion, capers, mustard and LC-Natural Sweet White in a small bowl.
- Serve right away, or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
