LC Foods Company offers a Fresh Baked Low Carb Gluten Free White Bread and a Low Carb Gluten Free White Bread Mix. It is truly great low carb bread that is also gluten free!

Can you freeze the fresh baked bread?
Yes. We recommend slicing off a portion to get you through the week and freezing the rest. You can freeze our breads in the bag they come in.

How long will your fresh baked bread last once I receive it?
Our breads are all natural with no fillers or artificial ingredients. They should last 7-10 days, however, we do recommend refrigerating or freezing the bread to prolong its shelf life. You can slice off a portion to get you through the week and freeze the rest right in the bag it comes in.

What makes this bread low carb?

Our bread flours and mixes feature premium wheat proteins, fiber sources from around the world, natural ingredients, no added sugar and no artificial sweeteners.

How big is a loaf of your low carb bread?
We offer petite, 12 slice loaves that come pre-sliced, as well as full size loaves, which do not come pre-sliced. The full-size loaves measure approximately 13" long and 5" tall, weighing in at 2.5 lbs. You will get 25 generous slices per loaf.

Our fresh baked breads are NEVER frozen! They are delivered to you fresh from our ovens on the day they are baked. They are never frozen and never old. You can freeze any portion of your bread with confidence knowing that it has not been frozen before and will maintain its quality.

Does your bread contain soy?
No. We never use soy proteins or soy lecithin in our fresh baked breads.

Does your bread toast well?
Yes. Our customers are thrilled to enjoy toast with their eggs for breakfast again! The texture of our low carb breads is very similar to regular, high carb bread, which means it is sturdy, not crumbly and toasts up well.

All of our bagels are available in 3-packs and 10-packs. These are authentic NY style boiled bagels, hand crafted in a process that takes 2 days to create. They are fresh baked in Raleigh, North Carolina and delivered to you on the day they are baked. Never frozen, always fresh!

Where can I buy the best low carb sweeteners?
LC Foods Company sells a variety of low carb sweeteners made with a blend of luo han guo monk fruit, stevia and erythritol or inulin for the best tasting low carb sweeteners out there! We offer inulin and erythritol based brown sugar, white sugar and confectionery powdered sweeteners.

Does LC Foods use artificial sweeteners?

Our founder had the insight and wisdom to ban all artificial sweeteners, like Aspartame and Sucralose, from our formulas over 12 years ago. At that time, there were really no side effects reported on artificial sweeteners, but we had a vision for the future. Our founder recognized that someday, there could be possible side effects on these artificial sweeteners, and we removed and avoided them in all of LC Foods products, and we are proud and happy today that we saw the vision of the future.
