We really enjoyed these, I do find with MOST of these cookies that an additional 1/2 tsp of the vanilla (on in this case almond extract) makes them SO much better

didn't love these - the flavor was a little too bland for me and more cake texture than cookie. Will try another batch to see if I can improve the taste but will probably have to add carbs for that.
