My recipe: 2 1/2 cups of multigrain flour, plus 1/2 cup of LC white bread flour (helps texture). 3 teaspoons of INSTANT yeast. 1 cup lukewarm water. 3 Tablespoons melted butter. 1 Tablespoon olive oil. 1 tablespoon of honey Add Italian herbs, or some oregano and garlic powder. Bread machine: liquids go in first, then dry ingredients. Use the 'fast' loaf setting. After the machine has finished kneading the dough (about 10 minutes), remove, and place dough in lightly greased (Pan spray) bread pan, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in cold oven for at least an hour. Should rise nicely. Carefully remove risen dough (so it doesn't collapse), turn on oven to 350 degrees. Then, when oven is ready, back into oven and bake for 30 minutes (depending on oven) then remove. Let sit in bread pan for 10 to 15 minutes, then place bread on wire rack and let cool. For ease in slicing, I refrigerate the bread for a while, which makes cutting into thin slices much easier.

Already gave a review but just wanted to share something I recently tried with this mix. I made several small loaves, then cut into thin slices, sprayed with a little olive oil and sprinkled with garlic powder then baked in a 400 oven until crispy, about 20 minutes, for crispy crackers!

I just tried making this yesterday, my bread didn't rise all that well, but who cares, it's bread, it looks like, tastes like, toasts like it!!...being on a Keto lifestyle for 4+ months, i have missed it so much, but this changes everything, I just finished eating two piece of toast, and can now honestly say, I can live happily ever after on Keto.

I LOVE this bread, especially as toast. I almost always toast it to some degree. I generally order 6 or 7 bags at a time. I knead it for about 1-2 minutes then use the dough hook on the mixer for 60 seconds repeating each two more times, ending with the mixer. I let it rise in an ~80 degree oven for 60 minutes. I have found that an 8" x 4" bread pan makes a perfectly formed loaf with a good, even rise, while a 9" x 5" pan makes a rather flat loaf.

Nice to work with and tasted great. But it did not rise. I am sure the error was something I did or did not do. Ordering two more. I really loved the taste of my flat bread. (grin)

Has anybody tried converting this mix to use in a bread machine? I have experimented a few times, and it is ok and edible, but just not quite right. Any help?
