The first time I tried this (it was a sample), I wasn't sure if I liked it but I ended up using again it in a low carb pecan pie, and it was amazing. I've since found it is extremely useful in recipes that have flavors ranging from maple to molasses-like. I most recently used it in a glaze for a ham - delicious.
