Out of this world delicious! The closet thing I've had to regular carb and gluten filled pancakes since I went low carb and gluten free. They're so flavorful and filling. I do like to add some OOOflavors extract drops to the mix, like Belgian Waffle, Blueberry, Pancake, etc, takes these delicious pancakes to the next level! Thank you so much for your wonderful gluten free products. I discovered you recently and have fallen in love with everything I've tried. It's so hard to find quality low carb AND gluten free products that are easily available and delicious. I'm going to recommend your gluten free products to everyone I know and I think you should create a Instagram account and do food tutorials up there to get more customers. That's how most low carbers learn about new products, Instagram! I hope this business continues to grow and flourish, especially your gluten free selection.

Just tried these for the 1st time this morning. They are amazing!! These are definitely the best low carb/gluten free pancakes I've ever had! I have to be gluten free and my husband and I both are on a low carb diet. I added blueberries,walnuts and a sm. amt of cinnamon to the mix.

We have enjoyed this mix for almost a year now. I have type 2 diabetes and this does not affect my glucose levels. We enjoy this with fresh blueberries which is one of the best fruits for diabetics. My wife is also gluten free so this helps us meet both out goals. We have served to many family members with no one knowing that they are not the normal high carb version found in most stores. Great product.

My order of LC Foods Gluten Free Pancakes arrived about 2 days ago. Yesterday morning, I had pancakes for breakfast for the first time in at least 2 years! They tasted wonderful! I cannot remember a breakfast that I enjoyed more. The texture and sweetness is perfect. I over-indulged and ate two batches. I measured my blood sugar at only a 7 point rise.. which is utterly incredible and fantastically healthy. I will never dream of a Denny's Grand Slam again thanks to you.
