These are the best noodles low carb or not. They cook perfectly and the little ridges really hold on to the sauce. I can't praise them enough. I have tried other brands and the carbs in them are still too high. I don't know how you do it but these are a winner.

I bought these back when I was doing Keto. I am no Keto anymore but rarely eat regular pasta. I had been afraid to try these due to bad experience from other brands but finally did. OMG. Tastes really good. Need to buy more.

These are the best low-carb noodles on the market!!!!! They are good in both italian and asian dishes, without any weird rubbery texture like other low-carb noodles. Just made homemade Pad Thai! Yum. They have the closest texture to regular pasta. I learned a little trick from experimentation to improve the texture: boiling the noodles with a couple of TBS of BAKING SODA in the water on a medium/high heat softens the pasta to a more silky texture, like regular pasta (but be careful as baking soda overboils very easily on a high heat). Drain and rinse well. Works like a dream! Pass it on!

Wow, so impressed with these! They are actually the best version of "low carb pasta" I've ever tried. I have purchased many konjac noodles, which work well as a "rice noodle" substitute for some Asian dishes, but for a true pasta/spaghetti substitute, this LC Foods pasta is PERFECT! I'm enthusiastically ordering more!

Love this fettuccine, its is as close to real pasta as you can get. I have made chicken Alfredo, spaghetti so good. I have had other brands of low carb pasta and texture was terrible tasted like cardboard.
Hoping it is in stock soon, need more.

I'm Celiac/gluten-free and must also follow a low-carb lifestyle due to insulin resistance. I rarely eat pasta because it's difficult to check all of those boxes and also end up with something that tastes remotely mediocre. These are fabulous! I ordered several a few weeks ago but had not tried them until today. I used a handful in some homemade chicken (now noodle) soup. I am very pleased! Thank you!

Wow! I was so surprised that these were so good! When I looked at the package I thought, oh no, these are just the slimy noodles you get at the store, just dried. They may be those, I don’t really know, but they were so good! Am ordering more!

SO EASY TO COOK, DELICIOUS & FILLING!!!
I’m doing the Keto diet and I was hungry for a “real meal” and this Fettuccine pasta satisfied my craving! I’ve made Keto style Alfredo, Tuna Casserole, and Lasagne. It is super easy to fix and use as you would the regular wheat flour pasta. I can prepare several meals over the weekend to freeze and then we have amazing homemade meals in minutes during the busy work week! I highly recommend this new product!!
