Texture is somewhat crumbly. Not very chocolate on its own. Has a much more complex flavor than normal chocolate cake - about the way whole grain breads taste compared to white bread. Although I wouldn't eat it alone, it was good with the LC Chocolate Frosting.

We tried this mix before and liked it so much that we will be making our second one tomorrow! The density is somewhere between cake and brownie, but very tasty. The LC Foods chocolate frosting is an excellent pairing, too. Downright decadent, and no chemical aftertaste like you often get with low-carb desserts!

This cake is fantastic! Smells good and tastes delicious! I used homemade whip cream for the frosting. Very happy with every purchase I have made through this company.
