So good. I love these! I prefer to bake them at home. I made these a few times before I got them perfect. I do add 1/2tsp of Xanthan gum to mine, which made them so much better. They hold up so much better with the Xanthan gum. I don’t make them in a food processor, I break the butter up by hand, and use a hand mixer for a very quick whip. These are so good. If you bake! Get this mix. I’ve made biscuits and gravy with these... but mostly eat them with a healthy pat of butter.

This was my first attempt making biscuits of any kind. It was definitely super easy using my food processor. I added shredded cheddar and made drop biscuits and they were amazing. Had them warm from the oven with butter and they were almost indistinguishable from the real thing. I'm ordering more mix immediately!!

Great flavor, but I had some challenges making them rise/ look like the biscuits pictured. (I need to work on the preparation- but I was never very good at making 'normal' biscuits either!) I used half the mix for biscuits, and then the other half as a flour substitute in gravies and dredge for fried foods. This works great! I will be re-ordering to use for things other than biscuits!

These are the best ever. I baked the entire bag, but made smaller portions and reduced the baking time accordingly. I used silicon baking cups and baked them in my NuWave counter top oven.(Much easier for this old lady) They were wonderful. I am going to order several more bags immediately.

We liked these biscuits very much. I ate them with butter and sugar free preserves and my husband had them with ham. We were both pleasantly surprised1 Will order again.

I've tried them ALL and these are #1! I made a batch of 6 and they were eaten by us immediately. Baked another 6 for a breakfast of biscuits and gravy, my wife's favorite. She was ecstatic. These are so much like "regular" biscuits they even amazed my visiting daughters. Just ordered two more packs. I will bake 12 and check-out how (if) they freeze well. Also, I tried the "drop" and the "shaped" biscuits and believe the "drop" biscuits were the best.

These were great! They tasted like regular biscuits. I need to practice a little with mixing and baking them because they didn't look very good but they tasted great!!!

These are fantastic and completely satisfy the craving for a breakfast biscuit (or dinner, or whenever!). I was so excited to have something so similar to a flour biscuit.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Wonderful for biscuits and gravy, as a base for a breakfast sandwich and with butter along with my morning coffee! Add garlic salt, onion powder dill weed and 1/4 shredded cheddar cheese to the dough, drop dough and then gently brush with melted butter and garlic powder before baking and you have a low carb imitation Red Lobster biscuit!

I love making these biscuits for biscuits and sausage gravy! If there are any leftovers, I grind them up into crumbs and use them in my meatballs or meatloaf - great for a binder! I also will use them cut up, seasoned and dried for croutons - YUM!!
