They make the consistency just like mashed potatoes. It still tastes like cauliflower of course, but I love cauliflower so thats no problem. The combination of the flavor and texture makes it a good replacement for potatoes. If anyone has also tried the separate "Mashed Potatoes" LC product, can you say what the difference is? They appear to function the same way (add to steamed cauliflower) but they have different net carbs and addition amounts.

I like the consistency that this product gives to cauliflower to make the texture of cauliflower see more like mashed potatoes. Word of warning...the two times that I have used this, both my boyfriend and I experienced a slight laxative effect. Nothing horrible, but we needed to stay close to the bathroom util the side effects subsided.
