I am need to eat gluten free, but also look for low carb and high protein foods. At first I was concerned that this was made from soy beans because I can’t eat tofu without becoming very gassy the next day. So I take 2 beano when I eat this pasta and I’m fine. I absolutely LOVE the fact that it tastes and feels so close to regular pasta. I love adding peas to my pasta with some butter and Parmesan cheese!!! And this pasta is great!!!! I’m just upset that it’s out of stock! Will definitely be ordering more!

I cannot believe how good this is! My husband loves it, too! I only bought 1 bag to try it and want to buy much more. Sadly, they are out-of-stock, testament to how good they are! Love the texture and mild taste that is easily disguised by the sauce you choose. Can't wait to get more!

Tried it for the first time. The only other low carb "pasta" we have tried is tofu based (Better Than), so I made a double batch. Holy cow. I think it doubled in sized. 2 bags fed the two of us for 5 LARGE meals. For sure buying again. Going to try the fettuccine, as well.

I am the first person to refuse to eat something that doesn’t taste good. This pasta is really good. Fast to prepare and comes pretty close to the pasta we are all accustomed to. It is a great substitute for the “real” thing.

I absolutely LOVE this product! Following the low carb lifestyle has been a challenge because of my love for pasta. I am always on the hunt for a good tasting pasta substitute. Out of the many types of “pasta” I have tried, this one takes the cake! Day one when I received my order I was so excited that I immediately decided try it by making chicken alfredo. And let me tell you... HOLY COW!!! I was completely blown away by this pasta. It tastes like you are eating the real thing! After finishing the bags from my first order, I decided to make another purchase of 6 bags! Since then I have used it to make shrimp scampi, spaghetti, mac and cheese, pizza casserole and just plain butter noodles. I have found that this pasta tastes great in any dish! It cooks quickly in a matter of a few minutes and is very filling. One other aspect of this pasta that I love is the fact that I do not feel bloated after eating it. Great job, LC Foods Company!

I have to admit I wasn't sure about the pasta. I had tried to make my own with the mix with no success.
Man was I wrong!!! This pasta is great. I've added grilled chicken and some spices for my take to work lunches.

DELICIOUS, QUICK and SATISFYING!!!
I purchased the LC THIN SPAGHETTI because I’m doing the Keto Diet. The Keto diet is amazing for steady weight loss, but the majority of Keto “meals” have to be made from scratch. In today’s fast paced, eat and run world, Keto meals from scratch can be complicated and hard to make.
This new product is as close to real pasta as you can get while following the Keto diet! The texture, color and are so close to real Pasta it fools your eyes and your mouth.
I love how quickly it cooks and how versatile it is in a sauce, with sautéed veggies or as a Keto Raman dish!! Try it, you’ll love it!! ❤️

LOVE this pasta! For a long time I have tried to get used to konjac noodles, but at the end of the day, I cannot get over their rubbery texture. I was delighted to see this item pop up under new products and figured I would give it a try since pasta is probably the food item I miss the most since living a low carb lifestyle. I do have a suggestion for those who purchase this pasta... combine it with a lot of sauce. I first made this pasta using a light amount of spaghetti sauce and did not care for it. However, I still had another couple of bags and wanted to work with it. The next time I used the pasta I combined it with a larger quantity of alfredo sauce for chicken alfredo and it was absolutely delicious! The problem when there is not enough sauce is you can really taste the flavor of the soy beans. Again, when used with enough sauce, the pasta tastes fantastic! I hope LC Foods keeps this product around for many years because I will be a long-time purchaser of this pasta!
